- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese – or other cheese of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Combine the garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, and Dijon mustard in a large glass mixing bowl. Then stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, shredded cheese of choice, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Taste a small amount or a tablespoon and adjust the flavor to your satisfaction.
- Serve with fresh vegetables and fruits. This may be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Make sure it’s in a tightly sealed container.
