Personally, I’m not a big fan of such mild gravy, preferring to order or make spicy kadai paneer or paneer tikka masala instead . Nonetheless, there is a sizable fan base, particularly outside of India, where many people prefer less spicy meals. Shahi Paneer Recipe Step by Step

  1. First, heat 1 tbsp butter in a kadai and sauté 2 pods cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 pod black cardamom, and 3 cloves.

2. Now add 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, and 1 inch ginger.

3. Sauté for a few minutes, or until the onion softens.

6. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until completely softened.

12. Stir in the prepared tomato-onion puree until well combined.

13. Stir in 14 cup cream until everything is well combined.

1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder

14 cup cream (malai) 15 cubes paneer (cottage cheese)

a couple of threads kesar / saffron

12 teaspoon kasuri methi (crushed)

14 teaspoon garam masala
