And don’t be afraid to try something “out of the box,” as those are some of my favourite recipes.
Sweet Potato Hash
I enjoy breakfast hash. It’s filling, tasty, and quick to prepare on busy mornings. It’s also adaptable.
You can easily swap out ingredients to have something different every day.

This dish includes sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, paprika, and other ingredients. It’s full of flavour, and the ingredients are all healthy and meat-free.
If you don’t want to go vegetarian, you can always add eggs and your favourite breakfast meat.
Strawberry Banana Granola Parfaits
Aside from how delicious they taste, the best thing about these parfaits is that you can make the homemade granola ahead of time.
This allows you to wake up and prepare the parfaits in 5 to 10 minutes.
They’re a great option for busy, on-the-go mornings. They’re also delicious!
What’s not to love about strawberries, bananas, granola, dates, honey, and Greek yoghurt?
Pumpkin Paleo Pancakes
These pumpkin paleo pancakes are one of my favourite fall breakfast ideas because they are grain-free and paleo-friendly.

They take about 20 minutes to make and are the closest thing to eating pumpkin pie for breakfast that you can get without actually eating it.

They’re full of pumpkin flavour, spicy, and can be made even tastier with a dash of cinnamon.
You can also experiment with the toppings to make them sweeter and more dessert-like.
Vegetable Frittata
The eggs are the only required ingredient in this recipe. Aside from that, you are free to modify this recipe as you see fit.
Use your favourite vegetables and cheese, and only add the yoghurt or other dairy product if you want to.
That’s one of the best things about frittatas. They’re versatile, just like hash.
I recommend going heavy on the cheese because cheesy frittatas are the best, and I’d also add the yoghurt to make it creamier and add an extra protein serving to boot.
Mini-Breakfast Pizzas
We all like pizza for breakfast now and then, but with these mini breakfast pizzas, you can eat it without feeling guilty.

This is a relatively healthy breakfast option that is served on scrumptious naan bread and contains a variety of healthy ingredients such as eggs, spinach, tomatoes, chives, and mozzarella.
To Die for Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry muffins are always a tasty breakfast treat, but these are truly to die for, as the recipe claims.
These are softer, sweeter, fluffier, and simply better than regular blueberry muffins.
They’re brimming with blueberries and have incredible cinnamon and brown sugar streusel toppings.
The only issue I have with them is that I always eat far too many of them.
Banana Zucchini Overnight Oats
These quick overnight oat jars take only 5 minutes to make if you pre-cook your oats.
However, to maximise the flavour, refrigerate them for at least 6 hours.
Chia seeds, oats, unsweetened nondairy milk, a banana, zucchini, and cinnamon are the only ingredients needed.
Of course, you’ll want to top them with extra goodies the next morning, such as more banana slices, walnuts, syrup, chocolate chips, berries, or other delectable toppings.
Easy Avocado Toast
Avocado toast is literally the easiest thing to make for breakfast.
You’ll only need to toast some bread and slice or mush your avocados. That’s all. Everything has been completed.
However, plain avocado toast can become monotonous after a while. This article contains a plethora of excellent suggestions for “spicing it up.”
Try it with avocado toast and a fried egg on top. Or how about cauliflower, red onions, and garlic?
There’s even a hot version made with radishes, jalapenos, scallions, and red pepper flakes!
To cut a long storey short, this article contains enough variety to help you vary your avocado toast every day of the week.
Imagine what you could do with it if you let your imagination run wild.
Vegan Banana Pancakes
Okay, while I enjoy the pumpkin paleo pancakes listed above, they pale in comparison to these vegan banana pancakes. (Of course, I am obsessed with bananas.)
This vegan-friendly pancake recipe calls for bananas, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract.
If you’re not vegan, you can use regular dairy products instead of the soy ones listed here.
Jumbo Chickpea Pancakes
These jumbo chickpea pancakes are a great option if you prefer savoury breakfast options. They’re also enormous!
Because the pancakes are made from chickpeas, they aren’t exactly like traditional pancakes.
Instead, they’re dense and fiber-rich. They have a mild flavour.
The flavour of these pancakes comes primarily from the toppings, though the garlic is noticeable.
If you want a filling breakfast that will keep you going until dinner, these super-sized pancakes are the way to go.
Veggie Egg Muffins
These veggie egg muffins are cheesy, herb-infused, and loaded with vegetables.
They take a little more than 30 minutes to make, but you can make a large batch and freeze the leftovers for later use.
Veggie Breakfast Tacos
I had never considered eating tacos for breakfast until a friend introduced me to them.
Now I’m wondering why I’ve never made them before!
These are a spicy, flavor-packed way to start the day, with zucchini, garlic, onions, squash, peppers, eggs, tomatoes, cheese, and lime juice.
They’re insanely delicious, and despite being low in calories, they’re also filling.
Now that I’ve discovered them, I try to make them at least once every few weeks.
Vegan Green Smoothie
Smoothies are the simplest way to prepare vegetarian breakfasts.
This recipe yields a smoothie that is both vegetarian and vegan-friendly.
However, unlike some green smoothies, this one is delicious.
You’ll only need a banana, mango (or berries), greens, hemp seeds, orange juice, almond milk, and a large, pitted date to make it.
In 5 minutes or less, you’ll have a nutritious, tasty breakfast!
Bisquick Banana Muffins
These banana muffins are incredibly moist and bursting with banana flavour.
They’re also very simple to make, thanks to Bisquick.
All you need are six ingredients (seven if you want to add chopped walnuts) and about 30 minutes to make a dozen delicious muffins.
Huevos Rancheros
This huevos rancheros casserole is cheesy and delicious, and it’s more filling than you can imagine.
I’m not sure if people in Spanish-speaking countries eat this casserole for breakfast, but I don’t see why not.
The black beans fill you up; the salsa adds a lot of flavour; and the eggs and cheese add a gooey, mouth-wateringly tasty touch.
I also add all of the suggested garnishes as well as some fresh or frozen (thawed) corn kernels because I love corn in my Mexican food.
Jalapenos are also a good addition if you like your food spicy.
Vegetarian Breakfast Casserole
Although it lacks the Mexican flavour, this casserole appears to have everything you could want for breakfast all rolled into one.
And when I say “everything,” I mean it.
Here are just a few of the ingredients in this fantastic, all-inclusive casserole: Sweet potatoes, broccoli, eggs, ricotta cheese, onions, mushrooms, and peppers are among the ingredients.
The Italian seasoning, basil, thyme, and garlic add a delightful herb flavour as well.
Mexican Potato Hash
This Mexican potato hash also has a lot going for it. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
It’s adaptable, as is all hash, and you can change up the ingredients to your liking.
However, the recipe is nearly perfect as is. It includes all of your favourite Mexican ingredients, such as corn, ancho powder, onions, peppers, salsa, avocado, and more.
Two and a half pounds of potatoes serve as the hash’s foundation. It’s high in carbs, but it’ll definitely fill you up and keep your stomach from grumbling all day.
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
This cold, creamy drink is a delicious way to start the day.
It’s also incredibly simple to make, requiring only five ingredients and 5 minutes.
All you have to do is combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you like a little tartness with your sweet stuff, toss in a handful of your favourite berries.
For a bit of contrast, you could also add some coarse sea salt.
Veggie Supreme Egg Bake
The veggie supreme egg bake takes a little time and effort to put together, but it’s worth it in the end for all the veggies you can pack into the day’s first meal.
You can save time by purchasing pre-cut vegetables from the grocery store.
In fact, the recipe’s author purposefully chose only pre-cut vegetables.
To make them soft and fluffy, a dozen eggs and two cups of half-and-half are used.
It’s also incredibly cheesy, thanks to two cups of cheddar cheese.
Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
This breakfast bowl is so beautiful and delicious that most people won’t believe it’s also healthy, but it is!
The ingredients are all natural and fresh.
Quinoa, original or vanilla almond milk, cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean (vanilla extract also works), and salt are all you’ll need.
It takes about 25 minutes to make the bowl, and once it’s done, you can top it with any of your favourite healthy toppings, such as berries, syrup, nuts, or coconut flakes.
It’s a sweet and delicious way to start your day.
